It is the intent of the Hudson Valley Chamber of Commerce to assist the membership in promoting their individual businesses to the greatest extent possible within the Chamber guidelines.
The Ambassador Committee was established for that purpose. The Ambassadors serve as the viable and visible "goodwill arm" of the Chamber. They are instrumental in the promotion of the Chamber and its members and constantly set a positive stage for the new membership growth and existing membership retention.
Their primary functions are as follows:
1. Assume the position of "Ambassador of the Month" (Rotational)
2. Attend Mixers and Business council Breakfast Meetings.
3. Attend ribbon cuttings and other special occasion events.
4. Attend monthly Ambassador Committee Meetings.
5. Assist with new membership drives.
6. Assist with retention membership drives.
Assist with other events in promotion of the Hudson Valley Chamber of Commerce, as requested by the CEO/President.
Attendance and participation is the key in becoming a successful Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
